David Paul (Orange County, CA) and I spent the day together trying to follow my new Garmin Etrex Vista GPS. We had a great time riding Barrel Roll and the Woop Dee Doops!

Dave and Bern taking a much needed break!

Much Needed Binge Training in St. George, Utah

Friends have been telling me about the incredible riding in the St. George, Utah area and now I'm going to check it out for myself!

Super Mario and I are headed out this weekend for Camp Lynda...3 days of epic 6-8 hour rides through the gorgeous desert!

I bought a new toy to guide me through camp-- the Garmin eTrex Vista HCx! The maps are loaded, the Black Widow is tuned, and my body,,,well, let's just say 3 months in Alaska was not mountain biker friendly.

Oh well, ready or not, it will be good practice at suffering and I can't wait to get out and RIDE, RIDE, RIDE all weekend!
